Introduction

Welcome to Engage Dog Sports.

By booking or attending classes, workshops, or events with Engage Dog Sports, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to help create a safe, enjoyable, and productive training environment for both dogs and handlers.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are required for all classes, workshops, and events.

Payment is required to secure your place unless otherwise specified. Spaces are limited, and bookings will generally be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of Engage Dog Sports depending on the timing of the cancellation and the type of event booked.

In the event that Engage Dog Sports needs to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop, participants will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another available session.

Handler Responsibility

Handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs at all times during classes, workshops, and events.

Dogs should be on lead unless specifically instructed otherwise by the trainer.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the trainer to ensure the safety of people and dogs.

Dog Health and Behaviour

For the safety of all participants:

Dogs must be in good health and up to date with vaccinations or appropriate veterinary care.

Dogs showing signs of illness should not attend training.

If your dog has any behavioural concerns, such as reactivity or aggression, please contact us before attending so we can determine the most appropriate training environment.

Our goal is to create a positive and safe learning environment for every dog and handler.

Safety and Risk

Dog training and dog sports activities involve inherent risks. By participating in classes or events with Engage Dog Sports, handlers acknowledge these risks and agree to take responsibility for their dog’s behaviour and wellbeing.

Engage Dog Sports will take reasonable care to provide a safe training environment but cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

Photography and Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional or educational purposes, including use on the Engage Dog Sports website or social media.

If you would prefer that you or your dog not appear in photos or videos, please let us know.

Changes to These Terms

Engage Dog Sports may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
